  On September 14th, Matsuda Electric held the 2022 College Student Exchange Symposium in the company's 205 conference room. This meeting was organized by colleagues from the human resources department of the company. The General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Director of the General Manager's Office, and department managers of Matsuda Company attended the meeting. The 2022 college students gathered together.

  At the end of the meeting, Mr. Dai, the General Manager of Matsuda Company, gave a concluding speech for the symposium. He pointed out that as a newcomer to the workplace, it is essential to do these three things well:
